This social history museum, established in 1984, perpetuates the history, heritage and traditions of the Canadian Air Force. Dedicated to the airmen and airwomen who died serving their country, the museum displays artifacts and memorabilia from its collection including uniforms, medals, photos, paintings, aircraft and airplane models. The museum has an Airpark with over 20 static aircraft and public viewing of the restoration of the world's only complete Mark VII Halifax Bomber. A reference library is also available.

Belleville's Treasure....Glanmore was built in 1883 for J.P.C. Phillips and his wife Harriet and is an example of Second Empire style architecture. The interior features ornate frescoed ceilings and intricate woodwork. Original furnishings continue to grace many rooms in the historic house. The Couldery Collection, on display throughout, includes fine European art, decorative objects and furniture typical of upper class turn-of-the-century tastes. Glanmore features one of the most extraordinary collections of Victorian dog and animal paintings in the world. Tours are available. June to August open 10am to 4:30pm. September to May open 1pm to 4:30pm. Closed Mondays&Holidays.
