The Quinte Arts Council is a not-for-profit community arts organization. We represent the Quinte region and our office and gallery/gift shop is located in the heart of downtown Belleville, at 36 Bridge Street East, next to Paulo's Trattoria. Drop in to the gallery to see work by our member artists and artisans. Pick up a copy of the QAC's arts newspaper, Umbrella. Purchase cards, books and CDs created by local artists.
